John McCain and Sarah Palin Will Take Away a Woman's Right to Choose
John McCain and Sarah Palin want to overturn Roe v. Wade, which protects a woman's right to choose. If that happens, 21 states will immediately move to make abortion a crime and women will be treated . . . more
About Me
-
Describe Yourself:The How Much Time campaign is a project of the Winning Message Action Fund. It targets anti-choice politicians like John McCain and Sarah Palin, who talk about overturning Roe v. Wade, but rarely address the real-life consequences of outlawing abortion. The truth is that if Roe v. Wade were overturned, then at least 21 states would move to ban abortion, and 4 states already have trigger laws on the books that would immediately ban abortion. The How Much Time campaign asks the simple question, what would happen next? Criminalizing abortion would stop good doctors from providing safe and regulated care, driving abortion procedures back underground, and women would be forced into dangerous, criminal situations.
Through our website, www.HowMuchTime.org, television ad buys in swing states, and a core of partners and supporters across the country, the How Much Time campaign is committed to ensuring that abortion remains a personal decision, not a criminal act.

Bruce K., Oct 10, 2008, 5:18PM EDTInteresting comments on abortion, I was just watching a movie trailer for "Lake Of Fire" a documentary about the intractable problem of abortion. I support abortion rights, but I also see the other side of the issue. I don't like both sides of this issue ignoring the realities of the other side. What a tough problem.
